Welded Gabion Wall
Fabricated from 5mm Galfan-coated steel wire (Zn-5%Al-MM alloy), this welded mesh forms rectangular panels (2m x0.5m x0.2m) with 60x30mm apertures for garden enclosure systems. Panels feature horizontal reinforcement wires (6mm diameter) at 300mm intervals and interlock via zinc-coated spiral binders (4.2mm). Integrated galvanized base plates (2mm thickness) anchor units to gravel foundations, while foldable side flaps facilitate curved installations. The mesh accommodates 30-50mm ornamental stone fill, with optional perforated drainage sleeves (100mm diameter) at panel bases. Complies with ISO 1461 for hot-dip coatings, available in green polyester powder finish (RAL 6005) for landscape integration.
